Installation and Usage

1. Attach the QWIK-RINSE unit to a source of clean water. The hose, capable of withstanding pressure, should be connected to a faucet or the outlet side of a pump. The water should be provided to the unit at a minimum of 30 psi.
2. Allow the container contents to empty into spray tank.
3. Remove plastic guard from the QWIK-RINSE unit probe.
4. While holding the container over the tank opening, insert probe firmly into side of container two to four inches from edge of bottom. For metal containers, make hole through side with punch or chisel, then insert probe through hole. Beware of sharp edges on container and on probe itself.
5. Turn QWIK-RINSE unit "on" to allow water to rinse container. Rock and rotate the QWIK-RINSE unit slowly allowing the water to reach all inside surfaces of container and continue to flush for at least 30 seconds to allow adequate rinsing.
6. Turn water "off." Allow all rinsed contents and water to drain from the container into the spray tank.
7. Remove QWIK-RINSE unit from the container and replace the plastic guard.
8. Rinse cap separately and place rinsate into spray tank.
